Rescue specialist and lieutenant Shouji Toukairin joins the Bokuto Police Precinct as a new recruit. Natsumi is shocked to find only sandwiches and salads remain on the menu, so she challenges Shouji to an arm wrestling match for his food. After losing, Natsumi strives to maintain her reputation as the precinct's strongest officer. Shouji conducts a rescue mission training session, but Natsumi criticizes the standard procedures. During a hazardous simulation where a bus rests on a car, Shouji rescues Natsumi from being crushed by the vehicle.
