第25話: Gekomonとの甘やかな生活を送るMimiは投獄され、夢の中でShogunGekomonが覚醒する。

Tai, Joe, and their partners find Mimi being treated like a princess at a palace by the residual Gekomon and Otamamon. They soon learn that the Gekomon and Otamamon hoped Mimi would wake up their leader ShogunGekomon with her singing, but she became too consumed in the pampered life to give it up. Though Tai and Joe attempted to get Palmon's help in getting a recording of Mimi's singing, they all end up being imprisoned as Palmon finally snaps at Mimi for her behavior. Later that night, Mimi eventually suffers from nightmares where she is abandoned by everyone before Sora appears to her and convinces her to sing and apologize before she woke up. Mimi has the Gekomon release her friends and finally awakens ShogunGekomon. Unfortunately, a grumpy ShogunGekomon starts attacking before being defeated by MetalGreymon.
