Joe and Junior scout out yet another town in search of Jadow. They are shown a sensational new product aimed at kids called a Slugoon, a slug-like creature worn on the head which allows the wearer to do almost anything when its given a verbal command. The town's children, as well as Junior, are eventually made victims of mind control while wearing the Slugoons, and quickly become violent against Joe and their parents. Joe cleverly convinces the villain controlling them to make the children stand up straight, causing the Sluggoons to fall off, and defeats him, saving the town. (Source: Wikipedia)
