As the general classification winner of the Inter-High, all eyes are on Sakamichi, but unable to pull himself out of his slump, he is overcome with uncertainty. Meanwhile, Hakone Academy has sent their second-year Ashikiba Takuto. As Ashikiba overwhelms the other riders with his "Metronome Dancing" that makes use of his towering 202 centimeters, Sohoku's new captain Teshima takes him on with his soulful riding!
