Tetsu has a dream, finding himself on Ryouma's warship, where his father appears to tell him to follow the path of a peacemaker. Akesato falls ill at the okiya, in which Saya and Hana are asked to stay for her care. When Tetsu finally talks with Saya, he promises never to kill anyone when he draws his sword.
