Heavy snow falls upon the city of Edo. Otose’s voice rings through the winter wonderland, signaling the start of the Kabukicho Snow Festival! The highlight of the festivities is a snow figure-building contest with grand prize money. Entering the contest for the money, the Odd Jobs trio builds a snow figure claiming to be the “Neo Armstrong Cyclone Jet Armstrong Cannon.” Despite Shinpachi’s protests, everyone who visits the sculpture compliments its perfection.
