Heavy snow blankets Edo as Otose announces the Kabukicho Snow Festival, featuring a snow sculpture contest with a cash prize. The Odd Jobs trio enters to win the money, constructing a figure of the Neo Armstrong Cyclone Jet Armstrong Cannon. Shinpachi objects to the design, yet visitors praise its perfection. Meanwhile, Gintoki and Kagura worry about the quality of other entries and start sabotaging their competitors' sculptures to ensure their own victory in the winter celebration.
