Gintoki and the others rush to Number 502, who plans to take control of Edo with machines. They head to the terminal in Gengai's tank. Gengai and the tank are lost in an attack by a giant maid. Gintoki parts ways with Kagura and Sadaharu, and heads further in with Fuyou. Gintoki and Fuyou finally confront 502. 502 tries to welcome Fuyou as a reincarnation of his daughter, but Fuyou refuses.
