Kihel (Dianna) reveals her true identity to Loran, thinking her counterpart's life is in danger. Yanny and other members of the Militia plot to get the Moonrace soldiers drunk during the upcoming nation founding proclamation. Loran brings Dianna to meet Kihel. The Militia launches an attack on the Moonrace forces and Teteth attempts again to kill Dianna. Dianna (Kihel) makes her founding of the state proclamation but shocks everyone by calling it off such that negotiations can continue. Harry reveals that he knows who she really is.
