Kihel discloses her true identity to Loran, fearing for her counterpart's safety, while Yanny and the Militia plan to intoxicate Moonrace soldiers before the nation's founding proclamation. Loran introduces Dianna to Kihel, leading to a Militia attack on Moonrace forces where Teteth tries to assassinate Dianna again. During the ceremony, Dianna shocks everyone by canceling the proclamation to facilitate ongoing negotiations. Harry subsequently reveals that he is aware of her true identity.
