A former police officer named Raizou Hiraga takes a high-paying job with a secretive government group called the SS Agency. On his first day, he discovers a brutal murder scene and encounters a young girl named Miharu Suzukaze, who is far from ordinary. At just eleven years old, she is a skilled assassin and becomes his new partner. Their roles are clear: she carries out the killings, and he is responsible for covering up the evidence. While the financial benefits are appealing, the arrangement forces Raizou to question how much violence he is willing to be involved in.
