Otonari Little Witch

A college student named Sakura Sasamori encounters Penelope, a girl who identifies herself as a "magician." Penelope explains she has traveled to Japan to find a specific cat. Sakura reluctantly agrees to help with the search and soon starts to notice unusual occurrences.
