Minami Itsuki had no interest in Air Treck roller blades until a defeat at the hands of a Storm Riders gang changed his perspective. He found a pair of ATs and a box of stickers in a locked room, associated with the Sleeping Forest gang. This led him to start riding. As he gains experience, his reputation grows within the AT street fighting and racing scene. He forms his own group, engages in more battles, and gradually expands his influence and control over territory.
