PSYCHO-PASS

In the 22nd century, Japan uses the Sibyl System to assess citizens' mental states and determine their potential for criminal behavior, known as their Psycho-Pass. Inspectors enforce the law, often using lethal force against those showing signs of criminal intent, while Enforcers, former Inspectors who have become latent criminals, assist in carrying out these duties. Akane Tsunemori joins the force with a sincere commitment to justice. Working with Enforcer Shinya Kougami, she begins to question the Sibyl System's infallibility as she observes its flaws. As her understanding of the system shifts, Akane confronts the nature of justice and whether it can be maintained through a potentially flawed mechanism.
