2007年6月4日A man perceived by his immense strength and overwhelming endurance, later recognized as Lunar's Papa, stalks Nagasumi and nothing can get in his way. Nagasumi tries to tell his friends, but initially no one believes him. Eventually Nagasumi runs into Mikawa and they both start running for their lives. Sun eventually finds Nagasumi and attempts to prevent Lunar's Papa from attacking him. Ultimately, Gouzaburou ensues a hand-to-hand combat with Lunar's Papa. But many problems arise when Nagasumi drinks it by accident, not only giving him the powers of a merman, but also growing him to gigantic proportions. 2007年6月18日Sun and Nagasumi's mom leave the house to go shopping for groceries, leaving Lunar alone with Nagasumi. Lunar aims to make Nagasumi tutor her, since she is failing all her subjects. It is then that Maki witnesses the two seemingly flirting with each other, even though they both deny having feelings for each other. Lunar then accidentally spills water on her legs, converting her in mermaid form. Unfortunately, Lunar's Papa shows up just as Nagasumi finished drying her rear end to revert her back, thereby giving the wrong impression. Ultimately, Nagasumi's life is spare after Lunar confesses her newfound feelings for him, and, in turn, Nagasumi winds up being engaged to Lunar. (Source: Wikipedia)

2007年7月2日Nagasumi is taken back to Lunar's house where a wedding ceremony is going to soon begin. Moments before Nagasumi is meant to become her husband, Nagasumi voices his disapproval of a false wedding, and promptly refuses to continue with the wedding. Suddenly, Sun appears and voices her disagreement with the wedding as she uses her sword to defeat Lunar's guards and announce her love for Nagasumi. 2007年7月9日Nagasumi finds a kitten and brings it to school. Nagasumi soon discovers that Sun, Lunar, and Maki are all morbidly ailurophobic. He later assumes that Gouzaburou suffers the same fear, but he soon learns that most mermaids are relieved of this fear when they are older. However, this is not applicable in Gouzaburou's case, due to a tragic experience as a child. Knowing this, Nagasumi decides to make this into an advantage. 2007年7月16日Nagasumi, Sun, Lunar, Mawari, Chimp, and Mikawa go on what is supposed to be a double date. As Nagasumi goes to get a juice ordered by Lunar, he accidentally bumps into the Class Rep in an intersection, whom he doesn't recognize. It is now known that the Class Rep has a crush on Nagasumi. Nagasumi accidentally steps and breaks her glasses lying on the ground so she doesn't recognize him. After she gets new ones she recognizes Nagasumi and runs away. 2007年8月6日The whole class takes a sudden field trip to Kyoto. Maki confiscates the love letter from Nagasumi's pocket, and Lunar recites it aloud for all to realize. After Ren finds out that Nagasumi only wants to be more popular, she gives him a sample of a potion to temporarily solve the issue. 2007年9月3日Lunar induces Sun to help play a role of her lover as part of a soap opera. However, Sun goes overboard and eventually ceases from her role-playing. While unaware of this fact, Akeno intends to punish her brother for his irresponsibility, forcing Nagasumi to protect Masa using any methods available. 2007年9月17日Mikawa has an embarrassing problem about himself that he wants to keep a secret from others, inasmuch as a blemish on his backside. However, Chimp passes by the hospital where Mikawa had gone to pick up his medication, and eavesdrops on the doctor and nurse, mistaking they were discussing about how Mikawa has an incurable disease.
