Shinpi no Sekai El Hazard (TV)

During a science experiment, Makoto Mizuhara is interrupted by his rival, Katsuhiko Jinnai, who tries to sabotage his work. This causes an overload that transports Makoto, Jinnai, Nanami, and their teacher Mr. Fujisawa to the world of El Hazard. Makoto and Fujisawa arrive in the Kingdom of Roshtaria, where they meet Princess Rune Venus. Jinnai joins the Bugrom, a race of giant insects seeking to conquer El Hazard, while Nanami struggles to survive in the desert. Makoto attempts to find a way back home while battling the Bugrom, working with the Holy Priestesses, and trying to prevent the demon god Ifurita from causing destruction.
