Ep. 5: Die Nachrichten über Tsukis Tränen führen zu Zusammenstößen zwischen der Phantomdieb-Bande und Artefakten.

News of the legendary treasure Tsuki's Tears makes the headlines as being found after it sank along with the ship it was being transported on. Yuuji informs his former superior Keigo about the death of Shunpei and that the investigation division was shut down. Right, when Yuuji asks for more information on The Agency, Yoshiaki enters the detective's office. At Eiji's house, Yuki recognizes the Tsuki's Tears as something Souma had. Eiji details that it could be an artifact, and goes onto detail a bit of an artifact's backstory. Yumiko then notifies the group that a trespasser has been caught who's looking for Takuya and it's Yoshiaki. The trespasser asks Takuya about a group of thieves that when he encountered before along with Yumiko. Apparently, the leader of the group of thieves called the Phantom Thief Brigade is his older brother Tsubasa. Just outside of the compound of Eiji's house, Yuuji and Keigo wait for Yoshiaki. Inside of Eiji's house, the group reviews over every item his brother and band of thieves stole and one of them was the artifact that Souma used. Yoshiaki is adamant that his next targeted item is the Tsuki's Tears. Meanwhile, the Phantom Thief Brigade discuss their next targeted item. Back to Takuya's group, it's deduced that the Phantom Thief Brigade is connected to the Agency and that going after them is a trap. Initially, Takuya declines to help Yoshiaki, and Yuki chimes in, inquiring if an artifact can change a user's personality. She then voices her approval to help Yoshiaki to find out more about artifacts and what they're capable of. As Takuya's group head off to the predetermined location, Yuuji and Keigo tail them and it's revealed that Takuya was once a part of the Agency. It's also revealed that Yoshiaki has Tama-shi abilities too. Tsuki discloses a plan to her superior Taiyou, Suzuna, and Souma. Elsewhere, the Phantom Thief Brigade ambushes Takuya's group causing them to be immobilized. With the thieves gone, Geek manages to find new information about the artifact, however, due to the van's current condition, any pursuit is impossible. As Tsuki takes a shower, a flashback reveals that Tsubasa tried to kill Taiyou, but his attempt fails and leaves a scar on Tsuki's back. She then proceeds to shoot at Tsubasa, presumably killing him. Back in the present, Yumiko shows Takuya information on Tsubasa and how he and Yoshiaki are connected to the Light of Hope Academy. Later that night a three-way confrontation between the Phantom Thief Brigade, Takuya, Yuki, and Souma occurs. In the balance of the confrontation, is the life one of the Phantom Thief Brigade members Sumire. During the confrontation with Souma, Yuki summons the help of Akira. (Source: Wikipedia)
