Torii Keita, the boy Yotsuya rescued from a Chinese restaurant, is revealed to be the fifth player. The group returns to the alternate world to accept a new quest and travels to Cortonel to investigate leads. There, they encounter Kahvel, who has become a mother. The party is stunned to discover that fifteen years have passed since their previous quest. This significant time jump indicates that many other changes have occurred in the world, altering the landscape and relationships they once knew while they were away.
