Ep. 11: Satou's Ultimatum Sparks Civil Conflict and Forces Kei to Return

The Japanese government refuses US aid and offers islands to Satou, who retaliates with nerve gas and demands total control within three days. His aggressive tactics cause his own group to plan desertion due to the escalating war. Meanwhile, civilians target Ajin families, forcing Kei to protect his sister Eriko at a hospital. Although his IBM fails to appear, Kaito and Kotobuki intervene to save them. Kei entrusts Eriko to Kaito and resolves to rejoin Tosaki’s group to stop Satou. Concurrently, Japanese forces attempt a surprise attack on Satou but are lured into a trap and eliminated.
