On Earth, Count Mazuurek remains imprisoned by the UFE as Yuki and Marito reunite with Deucalion comrades. Inaho discloses his self-customized cybernetic left eye to Doctor Yagarai, who warns of potential brain issues. After finding common ground with Mazuurek regarding Princess Asseylum, Inaho and Rayet smuggle him into the desert, offering his return in exchange for locating the real Asseylum and uncovering Slaine’s true objective. Inko observes this but does not report it. Meanwhile, at the Vers Moon base, Count Marylcian tells Lemrina, disguised as Asseylum, that she is a caged bird. Marylcian then arrives personally to challenge Slaine to a duel for the Royal Guard honor, refusing to forgive him for being Terran.
