Following their defeat, Rin and his companions escape Satan, who begins burning True Cross Academy. Shura devises a plan to distract Satan, allowing Rin to destroy the Gate while students evacuate. Shiemi’s attempt to stop Yukio fails, but Rin successfully revives his brother and expels Satan. Despite this victory, the Gehenna Gate continues to strengthen, threatening to merge Gehenna and Assiah into a single realm soon.
