A week after cutting her hair, Aika catches a cold and remains in her room. Worried that Akari and Alice are slacking off during practice without her, she feels restless by the third day. She sneaks out of Himeya Company to buy pudding, cute hairpins, and gelato. Seeing Akari and Alice practicing, she returns to her room. When Akari and Alice visit to bring her pudding, they find her crying because she feels the world is moving on without her, and they reassure her that she still has a place with them. Two days later, Aika returns to practice but is distracted by the urge to show off her new haircut and hairpins to Al, though the thought embarrasses her. With encouragement from Akari and Alice, she visits Al, who likes the change.
