Nadja suppresses her sadness over not seeing her mother but expresses anger toward Antonio for his treatment of Victorio. The traveling troupe stays in Venice to earn money, where Nadja and Kennosuke perform a dance that incites jealousy in TJ. The trio takes a gondola ride with Irma, who reveals she is Antonio's mother and is shocked by his betrayal. During this time, Harvey explains to Nadja the circumstances that led to her placement in the Applefield Orphanage.
