Ep. 16: The troupe travels to Italy for a Lake Como performance while Kennosuke pursues Rita.
Following their Alpine journey, the group enters Italy with stranded passengers, intending to perform at a Lake Como banquet where Kennosuke seeks time with Rita. Nadja sends a letter to Miss Applefield, assisted by Julietta Sciavelli, Leonardo Cardinale's fiancée. During a masquerade ball, Nadja encounters Antonio Fabiani. After Julietta refuses a boat ride, Leonardo arrives with other women, allowing Nadja and Julietta to connect. Julietta reveals she is marrying Leonardo for political reasons, prompting Kennosuke to remind Nadja of their upcoming performance. Antonio attempts to woo Julietta before Nadja performs a flag dance routine with Kennosuke. The troupe departs for Milan the next morning, at which point Nadja's mother, Collette Preminger, makes an appearance.
