Ep. 13: Koyomi discovers Tsubasa's cat ears and they visit Oshino who reveals her transformation

Koyomi encounters Mayoi on his way to school, teasing her until she breaks his finger. Mayoi later mentions seeing Shinobu at a donut shop. Koyomi receives a text from Tsubasa, who asks him to skip school and meet at the playground. She arrives wearing pajamas and a hat. They discuss her headaches, and Koyomi convinces her to remove the hat, revealing cat ears. The pair decide to visit Oshino. Upon arrival, they find him burying something in the dirt. He invites them inside and strikes Tsubasa, knocking her unconscious. Oshino explains that she was already half cat. Her hair turns white, and the cat is revealed.
