Ayame discovers that Endo seeks revenge on Sen for Yuu’s past victory over Matsuba. Sen arrives at the Ralph Store after being beaten by Gabriel Retchetts, intending to fight Endo. Ren attempts to stop the conflict but is knocked aside. Ayame and You arrive to help, and together they defeat Endo. Following the battle, Ren heeds Matsuba’s advice to live for himself. Meanwhile, Yuu departs the country for overseas studies. Matsuba sees him off, reflecting on their previous bento brawl and discussing Endo’s ambition to succeed her as the next Monarch Butterfly.
