Ep. 3: Johan reveals his true nature as a Kowloon Child to Kotaro and the others.

Kotaro joins Johan and Kelly to locate Jiro, who is detained by Suppression Team leader Badrick. Badrick intends to eliminate all refugees, suspecting one is a Kowloon Child. In Chinatown, Kelly tells Mimiko that drinking her blood would have helped Jiro escape earlier. Mimiko clarifies that Kowloon Children differ from other vampires by killing their victims and turning others through blood. Chan appears before Kotaro as a Kowloon Child while Rinsuke frees Jiro. The Suppression Team attacks the refugees again. Johan is revealed to be the Kowloon Child who has infected the remaining refugees. Jiro attempts to rescue Kotaro and Mimiko. Johan kidnaps Kotaro, Chan, and Kelly's friends, who have all become Kowloon Children.
