Black Jack warns him to stop, but Biwamaru insists on following his instincts. He later treats a young girl using a needle, prompting Black Jack to intervene. The doctor reveals the girl suffers from severe needle phobia, which causes debilitating panic attacks. Black Jack demonstrates that needles are not always the correct treatment method. In a twist, Biwamaru later uses his skills to heal Black Jack's weak intestines, returning the favor and proving the value of his unique approach to medicine.
