Hinamori remains entranced by Aizen, urging Hitsugaya to save him, which infuriates the captain. Across the town, training intensifies: Ichigo works with Hiyori to extend his Hollow mask duration, Chad trains with Renji to strengthen his arm, and Uryuu practices with Ryuuken to recover his powers. Orihime approaches Ichigo to reveal Aizen’s plans, surprising the Vizards as she crosses the barrier effortlessly. During his sparring match, Uryuu loses patience and attacks Ryuuken, only to be shot through the chest. A pentacle-shaped scar appears at the wound site, and Ryuuken confirms that Uryuu’s Quincy powers have been successfully restored.
