Gin slices Ichigo’s hollow mask and dismisses him before Aizen appears, revealing he defeated Urahara, Yoruichi, and Isshin. The duo heads to real Karakura Town, where Aizen destroys the Koutotsu despite Gin’s doubts. Rangiku runs toward Gin while Izuru Kira watches. Ichigo and Isshin pursue them into the Dangai. Upon seeing the Koutotsu’s destruction, Isshin decides to teach Ichigo the Final Getsuga Tenshou. This segment is part of the Arrancar: Downfall arc, specifically episode 33 out of 39.
