Saya and Hagi search for Diva while Kai and Riku join David. Kai investigates screams and reunites with Riku, but they encounter Diva near an elevator and hide in a storage room. Saya finds Carl and fights him, eventually joining Kai and Riku. David and Joel activate the ship's self-destruct sequence to trap Diva. Diva finds the group, heals from Kai's shot, and attacks Riku. Saya intervenes but fails to stop Diva, who reveals she gave Riku her blood after raping him. Riku's body shatters as Hagi holds off Carl. David and Lewis lead the survivors to safety, but Carl and Diva break free and wound Joel. Saya and Hagi remain to fight while the others escape. The ship explodes as Kai watches from a departing helicopter.
