Ep. 45: Kai flees Moses while Karman intervenes to save him from the deadly pursuit.

Kai and his group return to their apartment after failing to locate Karman. Moses arrives, apologizes to Kai, and declares he must die. Saya intercepts Moses’s scythe attack, but Moses knocks Kai out of a window. Hagi catches Kai, who then runs while staying in sunlight to avoid Moses. Cornered in an alley, Kai questions Moses, who remains silent. Sunlight halts Moses, allowing Kai to escape to Central Park, where the chase resumes in the forest. Meanwhile, James visits The Schiff’s hideout to warn Karman that Moses intends to kill Kai for revenge, citing his separation from his loved one and Diva’s rejection of his new half-Schiff body. In the park, Kai shoots off Moses’s hood but covers it to protect him from the light. Moses attacks with a hand spike, but Karman appears and takes the blow. Karman calms Moses, asks Kai to give Lulu their weapons, and leads Moses to a bridge. Facing the setting sun, they acknowledge their bond before being consumed by green flames. Lulu cries over the weapons in the apartment.
