Tsurayuki neglects his studies to work multiple jobs, worrying his share house neighbors. After collapsing, he reveals to Kyoya that he ran away from his family of doctors to pursue scriptwriting, funding his tuition independently. Kyoya resolves to assist by creating a doujin game sold via Keiko’s circle, recruiting Kazu for background art. This effort strains the residents, leading to declining academic performance. Later, Tsurayuki’s fiancée and childhood friend, Sayuri Jisshoji, arrives for a visit.
