The university festival commences following extensive preparation, with Kitayama and the fine arts club operating a maid cafe assisted by Keiko. After two days of service, Kyoya and Aki stroll through the event grounds. At an art display, Kyoya encounters a painting by the familiar artist Kazu Yamashina and subsequently loses consciousness. Upon waking with Aki later that evening, their moment is interrupted by a phone call from Tsurayuki. Because the scheduled secret guest faces a scheduling conflict, Kyoya is assigned to find a replacement and persuades Nanako to perform, despite her lack of confidence. He frames the role as a valuable opportunity. Following the concert, Kyoya and Aki share a kiss while Nanako observes the scene without their knowledge.
