1EP 1Kyoya Hashiba travels back to 2006 to pursue art and live with future Platinum Generation members.
Jul 3, 2021After being laid off from SucceedSoft, Kyoya Hashiba returns to his parents' home in Nara, regretting his choice to attend a regular university instead of an arts college. He recalls his time as an intern under boss Eiko Kawasegawa and the cancellation of a project with the prestigious Platinum Generation. Upon waking, Kyoya finds himself ten years in the past, right after graduating high school in the year 2006. He decides to attend the arts college and moves into Share House Kitayama. He meets roommates Aki Shino, Nanako Kogure, and Tsurayuki Rokuonji, who introduce themselves before they attend a welcoming ceremony. There, Professor Misaki Kano warns students about low career prospects. Two weeks later, after attending a mixer, Kyoya realizes he is living with the future members of the Platinum Generation.
2EP 2Students create a time-themed short film while navigating club recruitment and equipment issues.
Jul 10, 2021Kano assigns the students to create a three-minute short with time as the theme. After the lecture, Kyoya and Nanako begin working a part-time job at the same convenience store, while discussion ideas for their short. Using an idea Tsurayuki would go on to use in the future, Kyoya proposes that the four film at the train station. Having had that exact same idea locked away, Tsurayuki asks about how Kyoya came up with the idea in private, but Tsurayuki dismisses it as purely coincidence. After working on the project, Kyoya notices that the short goes over the allotted time limit and cuts need to be made, and Tsurayuki reluctantly agrees to the cuts. The four are recruited to join the Fine Arts Study Club and Aki and Nanako agree to join on a trial basis despite Kyoya's objection. Kyoya reviews the script with Kano, and she tells him to be more audience-focused, and relays the feedback to Tsurayuki as they modify the script together. On the day of the shooting, Aki discovers that Tsurayuki borrowed a standard camera instead of a video camera and with no time to return it and get the right camera, Kyoya comes up with an idea.

Jul 17, 2021Kyoya utilizes camera stills from the station and his editing skills to construct a narrative for his project. Team Kitayama’s short film secures third place at the screening, with Eiko’s team taking first. Eiko questions Kano regarding the results, revealing that Kano is an accomplished filmmaker and her older sister. Later, Nanako takes Kyoya to a karaoke parlor, where he discovers her musical background inherited from her grandmother. She requests that he continue listening to her singing, which inspires him to upload her performance online. Team Kitayama celebrates with the fine arts club. As Kyoya and Aki walk home, he encourages Aki to excel by praising her artwork.
4EP 4Kitayama's Beach Film Wins While Nanako Faces Vocal Doubts
Jul 24, 2021Team Kitayama finishes their summer assignment by filming a movie on the beach with help from Eiko and the fine arts club. During a part-time job, Kyoya meets Keiko Tomioka, an alum leading the dojin circle Hallucigenia Soft. At the semester start screening, Kitayama's film wins first place over a professionally acted entry due to superior technical aspects, as Kano explains to Nanako. The group celebrates at a karaoke parlor where Eiko questions Nanako's singing commitment, causing Nanako to leave upset. Eiko later apologizes to Kyoya for her jealousy and asks him to reconcile with Nanako. Keiko visits the fine arts club room to offer Kyoya work, which he declines. That night, Kyoya plays a recording of Nanako's songs at the share house, noting her pitch issues but encouraging her to continue her singing career.

Jul 31, 2021The university festival commences following extensive preparation, with Kitayama and the fine arts club operating a maid cafe assisted by Keiko. After two days of service, Kyoya and Aki stroll through the event grounds. At an art display, Kyoya encounters a painting by the familiar artist Kazu Yamashina and subsequently loses consciousness. Upon waking with Aki later that evening, their moment is interrupted by a phone call from Tsurayuki. Because the scheduled secret guest faces a scheduling conflict, Kyoya is assigned to find a replacement and persuades Nanako to perform, despite her lack of confidence. He frames the role as a valuable opportunity. Following the concert, Kyoya and Aki share a kiss while Nanako observes the scene without their knowledge.
6EP 6Tsurayuki's Secret Struggles and Kyoya's Supportive Game Project
Aug 7, 2021Tsurayuki neglects his studies to work multiple jobs, worrying his share house neighbors. After collapsing, he reveals to Kyoya that he ran away from his family of doctors to pursue scriptwriting, funding his tuition independently. Kyoya resolves to assist by creating a doujin game sold via Keiko’s circle, recruiting Kazu for background art. This effort strains the residents, leading to declining academic performance. Later, Tsurayuki’s fiancée and childhood friend, Sayuri Jisshoji, arrives for a visit.

This sudden shift in time alters the context of his previous efforts, leaving him to confront the consequences of the decision revealed by Tsurayuki. The narrative focuses on the immediate aftermath of the sale and the disorienting transition to a future state that differs significantly from his expectations.
