Ep. 2: Himiko’s traumatic past and survival on the island with Ryouta

Flashbacks reveal Himiko’s invitation to Btooom! via a deadly chain letter promising 100,000 yen for a target’s disappearance. Her friends were assaulted by Yoshioka, leading Miho to end their friendship. On the island, Himiko teams up with Mitsuo, Isamu, and Masashi. Masashi kills Isamu, prompting Himiko and Mitsuo to flee. Mitsuo later assaults Himiko, but she kills him with a timer-BIM. Traumatized by these events, Himiko declares all men her enemies. While refreshing herself at a river, she is discovered by Ryouta, marking a new encounter in her struggle for survival amidst the chaos of the game.
