Ep. 10: New Warriors intervene in a bus hijacking, killing hostages and wounding Rio and Maya.

Rio and Maya disobey orders to halt a bus hijacking to save hostages, prompting the Commander to deploy two New Warriors. These new agents kill the hijacker and all hostages, severely injure Rio and Maya, and destroy the bus to eliminate evidence. The Police Chief approves the outcome and intends to expand the New Warrior program. While recovering in the hospital, Rio and Maya are joined by Lilica. Although they resolve cases, their actions result in significant collateral damage. Lilica secretly investigates the New Warriors and uncovers police collaboration with the underworld to create super-powered fighters. She transmits this intelligence to Rio, who shares it with Maya. Consequently, the pair resolve to resist their superiors.
