Ep. 13: Canaan defeats Alphard while Maria recovers and Minoru seeks new employment in Shanghai.

Yunyun pursues the detached carriage to rescue Maria as the bomb countdown reaches its end. The explosion triggers Canaan to reveal her true strength, allowing her to overpower Alphard despite assistance from the remaining Daedala forces. Canaan successfully defeats Alphard without relying on the bombing plot involving the hijacked train. After Alphard falls from the carriage, Canaan attempts to help, but Alphard frees herself from Siam’s influence and amputates her left arm using Canaan’s pistol. Maria wakes up in a hospital and speaks with Minoru about her connection to Canaan. As the group disperses, Maria reflects on her role while Minoru fails to find a suitable story, deciding to omit Canaan’s involvement and consider changing jobs. Maria and Minoru prepare to leave Shanghai. Later, in Bologna, Canaan receives a new mission to locate and eliminate a woman missing an arm.
