Ep. 9: Tokoha returns to Japan with Jaime to recruit Kumi and Satoru for the U20 team.

Disguised alongside Jaime, Tokoha travels back to Japan to assemble her squad for the U20 tournament. She successfully recruits her best friend Kumi Okizaki and Satoru Enishi, who works at the Dragon Empire Branch and wishes to demonstrate the appeal of Vanguard. Tokoha then visits Card Capital 2, where she reunites with Chrono and Taiyou and meets Kazuma. Eager to learn more about him, she challenges Kazuma to a cardfight. Despite Kazuma’s best efforts, Tokoha emerges victorious. She attempts to offer a handshake, but Kazuma refuses and departs, frustrated by his perceived lack of power as a cardfighter.
