Ep. 7: Casshern encounters Lizabel, a robot building a tower with a bell to show the world's beauty.

Casshern arrives at a ruined factory featuring an unfinished high tower. He meets Lizabel, a former worker-robot who constructs her tower using parts from other robots. Her goal is to install a giant bell at the summit to ring and remind listeners that the world remains beautiful. Fascinated by Casshern's restored body, she attempts to melt him down to create the bell but is unsuccessful. Consequently, she is compelled to forge a bell that produces a terrible sound when struck. This unpleasant noise annoys the surrounding robots, leading them to attack and nearly destroy her tower in the ensuing conflict.
