Ep. 9: Casshern falls into a robot graveyard and meets Nico, who protects a doll resembling Luna.

Casshern is knocked off a cliff by robots and lands in a hole where he meets Nico, a small robot girl who heals him and gives him flowers. Ringo, Ohji, and Lyuze arrive, revealing the location is a robot graveyard. Nico, formerly a servant of Luna, is killed while defending a scrap doll she believes is Luna as Casshern and Lyuze fight off the attacking robots. Bolton, a robot, speaks his final words before Casshern and his companions continue their journey to find the remnants of Luna, hoping she can reverse the Ruin.
