Hideki receives a DVD player and an online game from Minoru, which he plays with Chi, Sumomo, and Shinbo. Chi is absent from the game, prompting Hideki to search for her despite his lack of experience with online gaming. During his search, he encounters an undefeatable boss monster. Chi eventually rescues him from this encounter. Afterward, Chi states that she has no memory of the incident.
