After helping Shinbo move into Ms. Shimizu’s home, Hideki and Chi visit Minoru, who is researching Chobits. Exhausted from lack of sleep, Minoru collapses. His custom-made Persocom, Yuzuki, then attempts to independently hack the Chobits database to find the information he seeks. This sequence highlights the group's efforts to uncover secrets about Chobits while managing their daily living arrangements and the technical challenges posed by the Persocom's autonomous actions in the absence of their human counterpart's direct supervision.
