As the new term starts, Rikka appears to ignore Yuta while Satone tells Shinka and Sanae that Rikka considers advancing their relationship to kissing. The girls gather at the bath, where Rikka asks them to prevent her from fleeing due to embarrassment when she attempts to meet Yuta. Encouraged by Satone and the others, Rikka tries to express her feelings but remains too afraid to proceed. Yuta reassures her that they do not need to rush, stating he will always love her. However, their first kiss is interrupted by news that Chimera had kittens.
