Ep. 9: Yuta discovers an arcade token while Rikka battles for her delusional powers at the beach house.

Yuta locates an old envelope with an arcade token resembling one Satone gave him. Kumin invites the group to her aunt’s beach house, where Tōka arrives with her head chef’s daughter, Cento. That night, Satone warns Rikka that her delusional powers are fading, urging her to choose between her feelings for Yuta and her other persona. The following day, Rikka and Satone fight, leading Rikka to recall her special contract with Yuta. She chooses to believe in the version of herself that Yuta supports, which restores her delusional powers. Rikka then declares her intention to be Yuta’s girlfriend while keeping her Wicked Eye. On the trip home, Satone regrets giving up her feelings for Yuta to maintain her chunibyo identity, suddenly experiencing strange thoughts about him.
