Ep. 12: Kei and Tilarna confront Zelada's race war plot and secure incriminating evidence.

Kei and Tilarna are abducted and separated within an apartment building. Tilarna learns from Zelada in a penthouse suite that he intends to incite a race war between Semanians and humans, with Ronald replacing Jack. In the basement, Ronald interrogates Kei for his smartphone key to access a photo of Marla before the election. Kei kills Ronald by snapping his neck, fights through Zelada's puppets, and reaches the penthouse to stop Zelada from killing Tilarna. Together, they defeat Zelada, with Kei decapitating him. Waiting for backup, Kei asks Tilarna if they should submit the photo as evidence, which would arrest Marla and likely award the election to Tourte. Tilarna agrees, trusting the city's people while remaining loyal to the San-Teresa MPD.
