Ep. 9: Kei and Tilarna investigate a mayor candidate's shooting and a missing crossbow.

Kei interrogates a sick Biz regarding Hellmandes, while Cecil and Tilarna fail to prevent garbage dumping. Tilarna retrieves a crossbow from the trash but it is destroyed in a compactor; she then wakes in her own body to beat Hellmandes until Kei arrests him. Later, Chief Zimmer hosts a cookout with vice squad members. News breaks that mayoral candidate Kahns was shot by a Semanian with no criminal record. Suspecting Zelada's involvement, Zimmer orders Kei and Tilarna to the coroner's office, where Tilarna detects latena on the corpse. Kei confronts an officer making a racist remark at Tilarna. Back at Zimmer's house, Tilarna considers who benefits most from Kahns death.
