Ep. 11: Haruto confronts Kunikida and sacrifices himself to save the train from the storm.

Ibara and Haruto defend against Kanon and Shion while Aoi destroys a robot spider by absorbing its electrical attack. Following the battle, an injured Ibara and unconscious Aoi remain behind as Haruto assists Gojiro in repairing a substation. Upon returning, they encounter Kunikida, who shoots Haruto before revealing his hatred stems from being abandoned by his friend Natsume during the meltdown. Oyakata intervenes, sparing Kunikida at Haruto’s request. As the team accelerates the train toward an approaching storm, Haruto jumps out to prevent a lamp post from crushing the vehicle. Kunikida helps secure the obstacle, allowing the survivors to escape. Grateful for his restored humanity, Kunikida watches as Haruto dies from his injuries, bidding farewell to Ibara.
