Two bullies harass Masao and steal his video game, causing him to cry. Shin-chan, Kazama, and their friends unite to defeat the goons and retrieve the item. In a separate incident, Shin-chan and Misae take a boat ride at the beach. They fall asleep during the trip and wake up to find themselves far from the shore. After waiting for a long time, the boat eventually returns to land.
