On a summer day, Misae fills an outdoor bathtub with water for herself, Shin-chan, and Hiroshi to enjoy. Later, Misae and Shin-chan assist Yoshiko with drawing cartoons. In return for this help, Yoshiko takes them to a meal at a five-star hotel as promised. The group then attends an event where Shin-chan witnesses Action Mask performing live. Shin-chan feels happy and honoured by this encounter with the hero.
